We had a lot of fun in the pool this summer. Canyon started in level 2 and quickly moved on to level 3 then level 4. He surprised me so many times this summer; doing a standing dive with no instruction, going off first the low dive then the high dive, swimming the full length doing the free style then doing the backstroke, then the butterfly WHAT??, racing those three strokes and loving it, doing flips off the low dive. He has had a lot of sucess and it's been so fun watching him. Ridge can't be left behind either. He wouldn't put his face in until he accidently did it in mid July and loved it. Now he thinks he can do anything. He is diving off the side and junping off the board even though he can only swim maybe a body length. He wants to do whatever Canyon does and is actually doing way more than most three years can do WHAT?? I guess having a Mom that manages a pool has it's benifits, early swimmers.
